Lindale Middle School Painting

Velo City Riders Cycling Club Partnered with Bicycle Advocates for Annapolis & Anne Arundel County (Bike AAA) to clean up the parking lot at Lindale Middle school and create a Safety City to teach bicycle safety to kids. The event was held April 24– 25, 2021. The first phase of the project was to fix the potholes on the parking lot which was completed prior to creating the Safety City. The second phase was the painting of the lanes in the parking lot. Members of Velo City assisted other volunteers by painting the different paths on the parking lot. The next phase of the project will be creating a Breonna Taylor mural.
