Cycling season ends in October. It doesn't pick back up until the first week of April — five months where the miles stop, but recovery, mental health, and physical maintenance can't.

Return Stronger

Every rider who comes through this expo should leave with something that gets them to the first week of April in better shape than they'd be otherwise — a stretching routine, a nutrition tip, a mental wellness practice, an off-season training plan.

You don't need to be a Velo City Riders member. You don't even need to be a cyclist yet — if you've been thinking about riding next season, this is the easiest way to meet the community before you ever clip in.
